How do I earn PREMIO CLUB points?

Original machines

Firstly, you need to create a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® account, which will only take a minute, and will give you automatic access to PREMIO CLUB. To earn points, simply enter the codes you find inside the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® and Starbucks® by NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® boxes.

NEO machines

Start by downloading the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® app and creating an account. Now pair your NEO machine with the app, and you’ll have access to PREMIO CLUB! With NEO, PREMIO is based on real-time consumption, so you automatically earn 10 points for each coffee you brew.

When do my PREMIO CLUB points expire?
All the PREMIO CLUB points that you add to your balance are valid for 18 to 24 months. You can check your points balance and expiring points at any time via our app or website.
How can I redeem my rewards?
