What does a flashing yellow LED light mean?
Your NEO coffee machine is fluent in the language of colours. So, when you see a flashing yellow light, NEO is saying it can’t detect the pod or sachet you’ve inserted. Here’s what to do:
- Open the slider, remove the pod, and slide it back in a different orientation.We also recommend turning the pouch 180° so that the machine can read the other side of it.
- Open the sachet holder, remove the sachet, and make sure it was inserted with the pierced corners facing down.
- The light should return to green, meaning you’re ready to brew.
If this didn't work, try these steps again using a different pod and sachet.
Were both the pod and sachet properly inserted? It could be time to clean NEO’s camera.
- Remove the sachet holder and pod bin.
- Open the cleaning door and clean the camera near the sachet holder with a soft, wet cloth.
- Close the cleaning door, reinsert the pod bin, return the sachet holder and close the door.
