What does the green LED light mean?
The green LED light is NEO’s main way of communicating with you! There are a few reasons why the start button will appear with a steady light, dimming or flashing green. Here’s what each one means:
The start button is steady green
- The machine is ready to brew, or brewing is complete.
The start button dims green
- The machine is brewing a drink.
- The machine is dispensing clear hot water.
- The machine is in rinsing mode or is cleaning the jet nozzle.
The start button flashes green
- The machine is heating up.
- The extraction has finished and you can top up your beverage with extra water - simply press the start button.
- The pod will automatically be ejected into the pod bin after ten seconds.
