MAKING YOUR FIRST COFFEE

Adjust the drip tray position depending on the size of your cup. Ensure there is enough water in the water tank and that the machine is plugged in.
Switch on the machine by pressing the ON/OFF button on the side. Open the slider & sachet door, pop the pod and/or sachet in, and close both.
Press the start button (the machine’s sophisticated technology automatically recognizes the pod and sets the correct volume and brewing method).
When the start button returns to a steady green, the brewing has finished, and you can savour that eagerly anticipated taste!

Great to know: NEO's jet nozzle will automatically rinse after you prepare a beverage that uses our sachet. From the first to the last drink of the day, you enjoy consistent coffee shop quality.

TIP

Feel like having a longer cup?

Press the start button again while it is flashing green in order to increase the volume of your drink.

Note: the pod will automatically eject 10 seconds after brewing has finished.

TIP

Feel like having a shorter cup?

Press the start button any time during brewing to manually stop the extraction.
