In order to maximise the future of coffee shop at home, you need to connect your device to your NEO coffee machine via Bluetooth.

Android

Enable Bluetooth

Go to Settings and tap Bluetooth.
Turn Bluetooth on by moving the slider.
Return to the app and continue the pairing process.

Enable Location Services

Android users also have to enable Location Services to connect to NEO. Here’s how to do it:

Go to Settings.
Tap Location.
Enable Location Services by moving the slider.

IPHONE

Enable Bluetooth

Go to Settings and tap Bluetooth.
Turn Bluetooth on by moving the slider.
Return to the app and continue the pairing process.

Once connected, you will be able to:

Receive loyalty experience benefits automatically by joining PREMIO.
Personalise your coffee to your taste and preference, adjusting volume & temperature.
Reorder your favourite coffees in moments.
Get alerts and support when your machine needs maintenance.
