Why can’t my device find my NEO machine?
In our world, where everything is connected 24/7, it’s not unusual for signals to cross and cause the connection to drop out. If your device can’t find your NEO machine, follow these steps:
- Check that your machine is correctly plugged in and switched on.
- Make sure your machine isn’t too far from your device. If so, move closer
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
