Why won’t my NEO coffee machine switch on?
It can be unnerving when your NEO machine won’t switch on, but you don’t need to panic. Before you do anything, double-check that the machine is correctly plugged in. If so, unplug, wait for at least 10 seconds, plug it back in and try to switch it on once more.
