How do I clean my NEO machine?
Cleaning your coffee machine allows you to continue to savour that perfect taste that only your NEO can deliver! Discover how to do it below:
Remove the water tank, then clean and rinse it. Fill it with fresh water and insert it back into the machine.
Note: the water tank is not dishwasher proof.
Empty the drip tray and rinse it along with the drip grid with tap water.
Empty the pod bin and rinse it. We recommend that you clean the drip tray and pod bin regularly.
- Open the sachet door and remove the sachet holder. Clean it with tap water and reinsert it
Place an empty container (min. 0.5L) under the coffee outlet. Plug the machine in and switch it on by pressing the ON/OFF button.
Close the slider & sachet door (without a pod or sachet) and press the start button for five seconds. The start button will flash green twice (release the button) then it will start softly dimming green. The rinsing process will begin automatically.
Empty the container and water tank when the rinsing stops (the start button goes steady green). Switch off the machine and clean it with a soft damp cloth before drying it with a soft dry cloth.
