How do I disconnect my machine?
Disconnecting your NEO machine requires you to reset it to the original factory setting. You can do this in less time than it takes to make an espresso by simply using this one-step instruction:
- Press the ON/OFF button and the start button at the same time for 15 seconds. The start button flashes three times. Now, your machine is reset to the factory settings.

Data tip:
Log in to your account and click “Remove machine” if you wish to erase machine data, beverage history, and statistics from your NEO machine that is stored in the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® cloud.
Note that your PREMIO CLUB points will not be deleted so if you reconnect in the future, you can take advantage of them!
