What should I do when a software update is available or in progress?
New software updates help to enhance your NEO experience by adding new layers of technology to your machine. A lot of the time, your machine will automatically update your software without you having to do anything.
If you are using the app and you see that a new software update is available, you can do one of two things:
- Activate the update by tapping the “upgrade” button on the app. (recommended)
- Do nothing and wait for the machine to automatically update the following evening.
Important
Don’t unplug your machine when a software update is pending or in progress.
