How can I personalize my NEO drinks?
An essential part of the NEO experience is that you can enjoy your favourite black and white cups, your way. NEO enables you to customize the temperature and volume of your drink using the machine or app.
With the app
- After inserting your pod and/or sachet, NEO will automatically detect it and launch brewing mode.
- You will then see the personalization screen where you can adjust the temperature using the dial and the volume using the slider.
- Tap “Let’s brew”, and preparation will begin.
- Remember to remove the used sachet once your drink is ready.

Found your ideal temperature and volume settings?
Save them as default and your machine will automatically brew your next drinks in the same way, even without the app. Customization has never been so convenient!
Still need to connect a device to your coffee machine?
Without the app
- You can reduce the volume of your drink by pressing the start button while your drink is brewing, this will stop the extraction early.
- Want to extend your coffee moment? Press the start button while it’s flashing green to top it up with water.
- Remember to remove the used sachet once your drink is ready.
