What does the steady yellow LED light mean?
You’re bound to see this light sooner or later; it happens to all us coffee lovers. The steady yellow appears when there’s a used sachet in your NEO machine.
Open the sachet door, remove the used sachet, and close it again.
TOP TIP
- Recycle your paper-based sachet.
Ping! There’s that green light once again.
Did you remove the sachet, but the button is still yellow? That will be because you’ve removed it while the machine was switched off. It’s no big deal. Simply open and close the sachet holder to solve it. You’ll soon see the green light and can get back to savouring the future of coffee shop at home.
