Why am I currently unable to connect to my machine?
The way NEO harnesses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technology enables you to make the most of the future of coffee shop at home. Without these connections, your coffee moment just isn’t the same. The reasons why you don’t have connectivity could be:
- Your machine is switched off.
- Your machine was registered manually, therefore the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections were not setup.
- Your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections are both temporarily down.
Try these methods to establish a connection with your NEO machine:
- Double-check that the machine is correctly plugged in and try to switch it on once more.
- Restart the machine by pressing the power button.
- Repeat the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection setup processes.
