The best way to welcome friends and family into your home is with NEO coffee shop-style drinks. If, after brewing delicious drinks, the start button on your NEO machine rapidly flashes white, follow these steps:
If necessary, wait until the machine automatically ejects the pod. Empty the pod bin and place it back into the machine.
If the start button still flashes white, check the pod inlet. If there's a blocked pod inside, use a blunt tool to remove it.
Important: Don’t unplug the machine.
Note: if you empty the pod bin while the machine is turned off, the quantity can vary compared to the alert.
