Were you about to make your morning cappuccino and noticed the start button on your NEO machine has turned blue? This can happen before or during the coffee preparation, but don’t worry, all it means is that the water tank is empty.

Refill the water tank and slide it back into place. Now, press the start button to continue brewing your favourite coffee drink!
