What can I do if my home is no longer connected to the internet?
Nowadays, most of our devices are connected to our internet network at home, and it can drop out from time to time. Here are a few possible reasons:
- Your internet connection is temporarily down.
- Your router or another network component has a security proxy.
- The NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® server is temporarily down.
In this case, we recommend that you switch off your router and wait for five minutes before switching it back on. This straightforward reboot can often do the trick!
If your home is still not connected to the internet, we recommend reaching out to your internet provider for further instructions.
