Why did my Wi-Fi network fail to connect to my machine?
It’s common for Wi-Fi connectivity issues to arise, but they can usually be fixed by following these steps:
- Double check the password that you have entered and try again.
- Disconnect another device from your network to enable your NEO to connect as you may have reached the maximum number of connected devices.
- Check if your network’s security settings allow more connections or that your router isn’t blocking new unknown devices.
- Switch off your router and wait for five minutes before switching it back on. This straightforward reboot can often do the trick!
- Test to see if other Wi-Fi devices can connect to your network.
- If you have a VPN secured network (usually a company network), make sure that it will enable new connections.
