Why did my Wi-Fi network fail to connect to my machine?

It’s common for Wi-Fi connectivity issues to arise, but they can usually be fixed by following these steps:

  • Double check the password that you have entered and try again.
  • Disconnect another device from your network to enable your NEO to connect as you may have reached the maximum number of connected devices.
  • Check if your network’s security settings allow more connections or that your router isn’t blocking new unknown devices.
  • Switch off your router and wait for five minutes before switching it back on. This straightforward reboot can often do the trick!
  • Test to see if other Wi-Fi devices can connect to your network.
  • If you have a VPN secured network (usually a company network), make sure that it will enable new connections.

If your Wi-Fi network is still unable to connect to your NEO machine, we recommend reaching out to your internet provider for further instructions.
