Rinsing your machine 

This first step is a simple yet important one. You need make sure that your NEO is correctly rinsed before you start making delicious drinks. So, here’s how to do it:

• Remove the water tank by pushing it from the left side to the right. Remember to always keep the machine upright!
• Fill the water tank with fresh, ambient temperature drinking water. Insert the water tank back into the machine.
• Place an empty container (min. 0.7L) under the coffee outlet. If required, remove the drip tray.
• Switch on the machine by pressing the ON/OFF button on the right side. The start button flashes green.
• Close the slider & sachet door (without a pod or sachet) and press the start button for five seconds. The start button will flash green twice (release the button) then it will start softly dimming green. The rinsing process will begin automatically.
• Empty the container and water tank when the rinsing stops (the start button goes steady green). Refill and reinsert the water tank and attach the drip tray. Rinsing is now complete.

All that’s left to do is make your favourite coffee-shop drink at home!

Making your first coffee

• Adjust the drip tray position depending on the size of your cup. Ensure there is enough water in the water tank and that the machine is plugged in.
• Switch on the machine by pressing the ON/OFF button on the side. Open the slider & sachet door, pop the pod and/or sachet in, and close both.
• Press the start button (the machine’s sophisticated technology automatically recognizes the pod and sets the correct volume and brewing method).
• When the start button returns to a steady green, the brewing has finished, and you can enjoy coffee.
